Role Summary

Your responsibilities as an AI Management Consultant includes leading and managing AI led digital transformation engagements from initiation to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions. Additionally, you are required to stay up to date on AI trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to fostercontinuous learning and improvement. This role requires understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing industryand an ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-led digital transformation strategies.


Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging AI and advancedanalytics to drive value and competitive advantage.
  2. Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams, acting as a liaisonto ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
  3. Conduct user acceptance testingand ensure that systems and changes are user-friendly, robust,and meet pre-defined requirements.
  4. Provide ongoing support and training to users on new and existing systems.
  5. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trendsand technologies in the CPG industry to drive continuous improvement
  7. Stay up to date on AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledgewith the team to fostercontinuous learning and improvement.
  8. Support business development effortsby participating in client meetings,preparing proposals, and contributing to the development of new service offerings.
  9. Oversee various client programs in the areas of Advancedanalytics, automation, processmining, digital transformation, data governance/quality, and business model transformation while ensuring successful delivery of projectson time and within budget,while exceeding client expectations.


Qualifications

  1. Current or recent graduatefrom a top-tier business school,with a focus on analyticsor related fields
  2. Background in engineering, computerscience or mathematics with strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
  3. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst within the CPG industry.
  4. Strong understanding of Sales, Order Management, Finance, and CustomerService processes.
  5. Experience with ERP systemsand CRM platforms, particularly those that support Sales and CustomerService functions.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
